Schoolwork has picked up in the month since Mid-Semester break, so I haven't had much time to write about my experiences. It's hard-wired in me to put 100% of my being into everything that I do, so I don't want to rush through my blog posts and miss out on important details or explain things in an inaccurate way. I wish I could keep up with my blog and make sure everyone's up-to-date on what I'm doing, but it's hard enough managing time between school and adventure- imagine adding writing about the adventures you've already had into that equation. I keep a journal, as I have for many years, so I'm planning on using my entries from this semester to detail my adventures on this blog- but that will most likely have to wait until I get home this summer. For now, I've decided to recount the sights and sounds I see and hear in my daily life in Aotearoa New Zealand. They're all things that have become normal for me over the past few months, so I had to put on a new lens in order to notice them.
As a bonus, I've even added some smells that I smell on the daily which smell.... smelly. Enjoy! Smells
